Beautiful, well made table, contemporary style
I purchased this table with lots of hesitation, since I couldn't find ONE review of it not only on Amazon, but all over the web. I figured I should write one, so others know more than I did. It came within a week (with Prime), shipped with FedEx (not your regular offenders - the freight shippers, who manage to beat your packages into a pulp:), in two boxes. It was very well packaged, so there is no damage on any surface. I put it together myself in about 30 minutes. Instructions are clear, all the hardware is there, with spares even, and holes and all align. It comes with a little wrench, which actually worked very well, and I kept it for future use, and the only other thing you'll need is a Phillips screwdriver.
The finish on the table is beautiful and matches the picture pretty well. It's all hardwood, the parts that are seen at least. The mechanism for putting the leaf in is a bit stiff, but cleverly engineered. It's very stable (a concern of mine for pedestal tables). The...
