SOLID, WELL MADE 'n LOVELY!
(1)the chubby little legs are the cutest! (2)very solid and well constructed; (3)I expected distressed white to look a little like whitewash or weathered--it doesn't. It's pure white paint w/ few random sandings on edges & ridges; (4)the inner drawers are much smaller than appearance frm outside--nearly 2" hollow space on ea side & on top. 2 of these chests & the dresser look lovely with my wrought iron antique brass hdbrd, ftbrd & lrg dresser mirror frame; I'll swap knobs for antique brass too. Add nice paint and beautiful bedding, the room is quite eyecatching and unique. Luv,Luv,Luv!

Great Little Bench!
I bought this little bench recently and I must say it looks exactly like the picture ...so cute! It was delivered promptly and I found it quite simple to put together by myself with a Phillips screwdriver and the Allen wrench they provided. It is very sturdy for both kids and lightweight adults.

Color is darker than picture
Very well packaged. It didn't have a single scatch or damage. Easy to assemble. Although I was disappointed in the color, I am happy with the quality. The color was much darker than I expected, which messed up my decoration plans. It's more like a chestnut or walnut color.I would have given 5 stars if it was exactly the same color shown in the picture.

Had this one pinned for a while!
I bought 2 of these tables and they are beautiful. Easy to put together (did it myself). They are perfect for the cottage/eclectic look I have going in my living room. I needed end tables that were not too large and these fit perfectly. The tables were shipped well - very protected. I would recommend these to anyone looking for that 'weathered look'.

Expensive, not stable and no customer service to contact!!!
Not stable! Screws got lose after a month!!! My 2 year old son leaned on the table and the the top topple over him. I'm so glad I was there before any serious mishaps could have happened to him. No customer service to call. AMAZON, please do something about this!

Table isn't sturdy
After having this table for 5 months, I now see that the table wobbles.
It's probably because my twin boys stand on it.

I know, Of course!

I must say, my twins are about 33 lbs each. I haven't caught them both on the table at the same time, but that doesn't mean that it doesn't happen.

My table has been through a lot. I'm surprised it's still up. I have seen that kmart offers something similar to this dining table set up for about $200
That's for the bench and the table.

I don't know how well that other table is built, but I sure hope it's built a lot better than this one.

I don't like that my table is messed up. I'll try to see if I can fasten the screws here and there, and I will update this review later.

For now, I rate this 3 stars. Coming from a home with crazy twins that like to stand on tables, and dance to Yo, Gabba, Gabba.

The good and the bad
This island is fairly sturdy and attractive EXCEPT for the horrible "distressed" finish on the oak top. They add chips, stains, and "worm holes". The chips and stains are subtle, but the worm holes are the worst. They don't look natural at all. There are about 8 uniform patches of 30-40 1/8 deep holes. If you want a clean look, don't buy it. If you want an aged antiqued look, don't buy it because it looks totally fake and cheap. The worst part is that there is no mention of this "distressed" finish in the product description. It's a shame, cause the rest of the island is pretty attractive.

Beautiful island
I did a ton of research and read a lot of reviews before making this purchase. I read a lot of mixed reviews on this island and was concerned about the "worm holes" on the top surface. I am SO glad I took a chance on this island. It is just stunning. There are minor embellishments to the top surface, but they are extremely small, there are very few of them, and they do not detract from the beauty of it at all. Every person that comes over comments on how gorgeous the island is.

It also provides a great amount of storage. We took down 2 full hanging cabinets, and everything from those cabinets fit in here perfectly with room to spare. And the shelving on the sides was a nice touch and a great place to display some of my collectibles.

I ordered this from EZBuyFurniture and couldn't be happier with the service. It arrived in 3 days, well packaged with no damage whatsoever. The price they offered was well below the price listed here, so do some research, as...

This item is awesome, I ordered it sunday nite from ezbuyfurniture and got here by Friday, does take 3 people to put together, Took us 2 hours! Love it Love it~~the only bad thing which is not terrible but there is so much styrofoam and cardboard, think that took us an hour to do~~but who cares. So make sure you have lots of trash bags!! Just lovely and gave me incentive to clean out my other kitchen drawers and reorganize~~the worm holes people talk about are no big deal, actually i love them and gives it character~~so dont hesitate to order.

Very pleased
The nook bench arrived two days after ordering, very well packed and protected. It looks every bit as good as the pictures (larger pics were on the Home Styles site), and is very sturdy. It was much easier to put together than I expected, with bolts underneath the bench seats into metal threaded sockets, 4 pieces for each side bench, then two pieces and a small steel bracket for the corner.

Great product
I ordered the kitchen nook and when it came i realized that it was just the table I ordered so be careful that u do not make that mistake. I did reorder the bench. When my product arrived I was happy . It ws delivered before the estimated date. My husband did not take long to put it together He said the directions were pretty straight forward and easy to assemble & the company did a great job. It fits perfect in my kitchen It goes well with my decor but what I love the most about it is that the wood is solid. Good buy!
great piece of furniture
Very nice piece of furniture, especially for the price. Easy to assemble, it looks like a much more expensive piece than it is. It does not go flush against the wall just the top portion, but it is fabulous for the corner of our kitchen.

hinge problem + measurements
This piece is made from nice material, but, like another reviewer, there seems to be a problem with the hinges on one side such that those doors won't stay closed. I think we will be able to solve that, but it's too bad that we need to.

Also, be advised, the measurements given above are what you might call the piece's "footprint." The "16 inch" depth is only if you measure the base or top, and that's where the "30 inch" width comes from too. Useable interior shelf space is 12 inches by 25 inches.

Made well and a great addition to the kitchen!!!
We bought this pantry not knowing exactly how it would be made.. but we were very very pleased with it!!! It was easy to assemble and the parts are all made of sturdy oak wood. We highly recommend this item!!!!!
Nice looks, but poor quality control
I bought this to use as a kitchen pantry and it will be good for that eventually, hopefully. The piece looks nice and was easy enough to put together with 2 people. However, the 2 left doors will not stay closed nor will they close at all. We ordered replacement hinges and that just made the situation worse. I contacted customer service a second time and I will just have to wait and see what they suggest. $500 is too much to spend to cause this headache.

EDITED - Are you a carpenter? Do you own a lathe, saw, chisel, and a drill
***ETA: I called the company and they were very quick to send me out a new panel - big Kudos to the company for being so responsive and easy to deal with! The desk is great. The pull out is a bit smaller than I had hoped for but alas, that may be due to my new chair being a bit larger and more puffy!

ORIGINAL: Desk was unpacked and there were a few scrapes & scratches but on the inside panels - willing to overlook that. As we set out to put it togethere we discovered that some holes were not drilled or not drilled properly; hubby got out the drill and did his best.

We were putting the sliding side panels in when we realized that the channel that the panel should fit in was not deep or wide enough to actually fit the panel. Game Over!

We own a drill but do not have any equipment to be able to fix the channel and really, for the price why should we have to? This is not a cheap $100 press-board desk afterall and for the price, I don't expect to...

Home Styles 3 PC Corner Kitchen Dining Nook Set
We purchased this to fit our eat-in kitchen area. The set contained all the pieces, including extra hardware. It was easy to put together. I did it solo, but it would have been much easier to have a helping hand. The pieces look good and sturdy. We have kids in the house, so we wanted something that was not too expensive that could withstand the use of children. A drinking glass fell on the bench and put a few dents on the surface and someone wrote on paper on the tabletop, which left a visible imprint on the tabletop. That being said, the wood surface is not as hard as I thought it would be. I recommend putting down cushions as well as a tablecloth if you want to protect the wood from becoming scratched. Overall, we are happy with the set.

Excellent Quality
The quality is excellent, however, I have to agree with the other reviewer......this ain't an oak finish......it's a very deep walnut color (and yes, I checked to make sure I ordered correctly). It went together easily, and is VERY sturdy so far. I would rate higher if the color was correct.

Changes the entire kitchen
Absolutely Love it!!

Assembly was easy (it took my non-handy-man husband and I roughly an hour and a half). Also, the pictures and measurements are accurate. With the leaf up it adds almost a foot of room, enough to tuck in tall bar stools. We decided not to put the shelves up under the left side underneath the drawer, and our 22" recycle can fits with no problem! The quality is very obvious. After looking for 6+ months we are thrilled we decided to go with the Home Styles island and that we purchased it through amazon. It was more expensive on target, wal mart, home depot, and lowe's.

Kitchen island
Love this!!! It's solid wood..no particle board here. Lots of storage for my china and silver. The side shelves are perfect for storing my espresso capsules/syrups. I also store some serving items as well. Perfect as a buffet and breakfast bar for 2. Husband put it together in about 2 hours. It's amazing and totally worth the price. Cheaper than other "outlet" stores.
Great Piece!
I ordered this piece and it came fairly quick and was easy to assemble, I myself did not put it together but my husband did and it was not a problem at all. We love this piece in our kitchen, it is the perfect size, it is a little darker in person but is still fine. It looks like we spent 2 times more on it then we paid. My only complaint is the top stratches very easily. Any little thing can leave marks. But all in all a great buy!
