Although they took a while to ship, the chairs are great quality, very sturdy, easy to assemble, and look sleek in our kitchen. One of the stools we ordered did not assemble easily, we called, and they had another one shipped to us within 4 days!

Great Chairs and Great Service
I ordered 5 of these chairs and the only glitch in the process was that I received a 30 inch stool instead of a 24 inch stool. The other 4 were perfect. The return of the stool was easy and they sent a new one that reached my home in less than a week. The stools were very easy to assemble and I feel they are a great product especially for the price.

bar stools
I will end up refinishing/applying new lacquer on these stools. The company was willing to replace one of the legs (only), but I would have to send them all back (3) and re-order them if I wanted a new set of 3 stools. Since I'm convinced these are mass produced stools, thus I'm getting the quality for that, it's not worth it. I'm sure I would have ended up with crummy quality again. Other than that, I have to say that the seat of the stool are the most comfortable ones that I've ever sat on. You will just need to add another coat or 2 of lacquer to protect them.

Excellent chairs for the money
These are very nice looking stools. They are compact and have a very nice fit and finish. The pieces fit together nice and snug and it was very easy to assemble. They feel very sturdy and should last a while. If they do not I will be sure to update. If you are looking for a stylish, compact counter height stool, look no further.
Nice stools!
I bought two of these stools to match my cottage oak kitchen table and buffet. They fit nicely beside my buffet and don't take up as much room as extra dining chairs. They were relatively easy to put together as I did it myself. I am pleased with my purchase and do recommend product.
